2011 Entry Blank Contest Official Rules

WAYZ Honor Rules Contest

  1. CONTEST: Entries can be made by dropping a copy of a elementary or high school student's report card with at least 5 "A's" or all "A's" during the marking period into a registration box at any participating location. Entries must also include student's name, name of parent, address, email, phone number, student's name and age.  Entries must be for report cards in the 2011-12 school year and may be accepted between September 19, 2011 and June 15, 2012. Winning entries will be randomly selected from all eligible entries around June 20, 2012.
  2. ENTRY: Entries can be made in person at any F&M Trust community office in Franklin and Fulton County - look for registration boxes in F&M Trust offices. One entry per student per marking period. F&M Trust is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
  3. PRIZES: One entry will be selected at random around June 20, 2012 as the winner of a $1000 US Savings Bond (cash value $500). Winner must sign affidavit of eligibility that entitles the promotional sponsors (WAYZ and F&M Trust) to use the winner’s name, photo, or likeness in marketing or public relations materials.  
  4. WINNING ENTRY: Winning entry will be notified around June 20, 2012. Prizes not claimed by July 1, 2012 will be forfeited and awarded in a random drawing of remaining entries. Taxes are sole responsibility of the winners. 
  5. GENERAL: Employees, representatives or agents of WAYZ, Verstandig Broadcasting, F&M Trust or Franklin Financial, its subsidiaries, affiliates, are not eligible, nor are their immediate families or persons with whom they are domiciled. Promotional contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.
