I'm not sure how you do this with your staffing, but I've called several times to F&M Trust in the past couple of weeks and every time I get a live answer within the very first ring. And that is quite a distinction in the market place. . . . it really sets F&M Trust apart. At some bank's its impossible to reach a live person.
